Link's Central Walk in Shenzhen, a refurbishment project under Link REIT, is slated to return to the market with a brand new image when it completes asset enhancement in July 2021.

The new space will be upgraded to suit current market's need for aesthetics, practicality and comfortability as a modern hub for shopping, recreation, and everyone's go-to spot in leisure.

The project has chosen OPTIMIX to supply WP533L, TA312, TA313, TG410E as waterproofing slurry and tile adhesives & grout. WP533L is semi-flexible which provides a reliable waterproof barrier and this product complies to China National Standard GB/T 23445 Type II.
